Mk11 Terms & Conditions — Malaysia Entertainment Platform Usage Policy

Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the mk11 platform in any way, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as the user and mk11 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
The mk11 platform is for individuals aged 18 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and are legally entitled to enter into a binding agreement in Malaysia.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to register one account only. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full name, phone number, and a valid email address. mk11 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time to ensure the accuracy of the information provided.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. All activity occurring through your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact the mk11 support team immediately.
Prohibited Use
Users are prohibited from using the platform for illegal activities, fraud, or system manipulation. The use of automated software, bots, or any technical means to exploit the platform is strictly forbidden. Use for commercial purposes or money laundering activities without mk11's prior written consent is entirely prohibited.
Multiple Account Policy
Registering more than one account is a serious violation of mk11's terms. All duplicate accounts detected will be suspended and the balances held in those accounts may be forfeited. You will not receive any compensation for the closure of accounts that breach this policy.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR)
All transactions on the mk11 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a range of secure and convenient local payment methods.
Deposit and Withdrawal Terms
Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits vary depending on the chosen payment method and are subject to change. All deposits must come from legitimate sources owned by the registered user. mk11 does not accept deposits from third parties.
Withdrawals are only permitted to the same account used for the original deposit. Processing times vary by payment method — DuitNow withdrawals are typically processed within one to two hours on business days, while bank transfers may take up to one business day.
Mk11 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security verification or policy compliance purposes. In such cases, you will be contacted via your registered email or phone number for further information. Any winnings obtained through fraudulent activity or system manipulation will be forfeited and the account in question closed without notice.

Liability Limits, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Mk11 Liability Limit
The mk11 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption or technical errors at all times. mk11 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to technical disruptions, system errors, or account suspension under these terms.
Mk11's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the mk11 platform — including logos, designs, text, images, software, and source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of mk11 or our licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written permission.
Third-Party Links
The mk11 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. mk11 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Access to third-party sites is entirely at the user's own risk.
Suspension, Account Closure & Applicable Law
Account Suspension and Closure Policy
Mk11 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the user has violated these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, used the account for unlawful purposes, or provided false information during registration.
In the event of account closure due to a terms violation, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Users whose accounts are closed for legitimate reasons may submit an appeal through mk11's customer support channel within fourteen (14) days of the closure notice.
Users may also request voluntary account closure at any time. Such requests will be processed within seven (7) business days, and any remaining balance will be returned in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures.
Amendments to Terms
Mk11 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform. You are responsible for reviewing these terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms or the use of the mk11 platform shall be resolved through the Malaysian courts of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, while all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
